Jeremy Dean is Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Honor Education. He has worked in edtech for over ten years, leading teams that build and support products for deepening learner engagement and improving learning outcomes. He was previously VP of Education at Hypothesis and Director of Education at Genius. In 2023, Jeremy launched Metal Heart, a consultancy focused on helping edtech companies develop authentic products and partnerships. Before working in tech, Jeremy was a scholar-educator for fifteen years, teaching at both the college and high school levels. He earned his PhD in English from the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked as a Project Manager in the Digital Writing and Research Lab.
